Membership -

Membership to DVSA is open to all alumni of Sunoco.  The benefits are many. Most of all there is the fellowship involved in keeping up with and meeting your former co-workers and friends from Sunoco at one of our three annual events.

We are an organization of giving.  You can see below the types of work we are involved in.

We publish three newsletters per year.  Our website has news and benefits information that is valuable to all Sunoco alumni regardless of where they live.  Membership dues is just $15 per year.  Click here to sign up.  

Luncheons –

Our luncheons are three times per year and are mostly held at Springfield Country Club on Sproul Road, just off Route 1 in Delaware County, PA.

Luncheons include time before and after to socialize, a sit down lunch, and a program speaker including current Sunoco Executives, and other speakers of interest to members.

They are really about the social opportunity to see old friends and co-workers.  Membership gets you a discount on all events.  Click here for this year's luncheon dates. 

Giving -

Food Cupboard - Through this long established program of DVSA, we contribute to local food programs that feed the needy.  Each year we give $500 to several local charitable groups nominated by DVSA members.

Ronald McDonald House and Children’s Hospital - Each December we reach out to these special organizations.

United Way – Each year Sunoco still runs a United Way Campaign, and DVSA is part of that campaign.

We also work with Sunoco's volunteerism program to help with organizations like Philabundance and are tied in with the "Sunoco Cares" community involvement program.

Our website includes information about Health Benefits including FAQ's and contacts information. It provides information on programs that allow retirees to take advantage of the discounts that Sunoco arranges with some of its key vendors, like Liberty Mutual and Superior Plus Energy; these could easily save you the value of the membership.

Membership allows you to get a password so you can login to website pages restricted to members only.
